With the summer solstice rapidly approaching, we launch our summer menu just in time to celebrate the longest day of the year and the coming harvests of summer squash, pea green shoots, sweet local corn, and vine ripe tomatoes kissed with Cape Cod sunshine.
The joy of our seasonal menu is that there is always something new on the horizon, and our chefs continue to flex their creative muscles around the bounty of summertime, like this burrata caprese salad with balsamic reduction which is a fan favorite of the summer menu crowd.
Or this appetizer of sushi grade tuna “Poke” served on a bed of seaweed salad with pickled jalapenos, macadamia nuts and pureed mango, combining great local seafood with inspired Hawaiian flare.
Not to be overlooked are sea scallops lightly tossed in crushed corn nuts, pan seared and served over a summer succotash with light cream, bacon and fresh herbs — a summer menu favorite with a new twist.
There is much to anticipate when summer arrives, but best of all are memories made with good friends over a special meal replete with salty sea breezes, ferry horns, water views, crisp service and fine food. We look forward to welcoming you to Quicks Hole Tavern — located at 29 Railroad Avenue across from the Martha’s Vineyard ferry terminal in Woods Hole, Cape Cod.
