Join us this Mother’s Day (only two weeks away!) for a lovely brunch overlooking the water in Woods Hole. We will be serving four specials, and we’re pleased to feature a “spicy egg” developed by local hot sauce guru Rooster Fricke of Nobska Farms. By feeding his chickens his own hot chili peppers, Rooster has tapped into something genius: eggs with yolks that pop in vibrant color and are rich in flavor.
Here at Quicks Hole, we are always looking to find innovative ways to support our local farmers and fisheries, and the “spicy egg” is something you won’t want to miss (you won’t find it anywhere else!).
