Beef Tenderloin Medallions — turnip croquette, watercress puree, confit carrots, rosemary demi
Gochugaru Dusted Halibut — grilled bok choy, soy marinated mushrooms, kimchee pancake, sesame ginger glaze

Cranberry Bread Pudding — butter croissant, blood orange creme anglaise, candied pumpkin seeds
